First the challenge:
Civilisation disorders such as depressive moods, tension, poor posture, cardiovascular diseases and metabolic disorders are often the result of stress and excessive demands. They are caused by social pressure and an overemphasis on intellectual performance and rationality - at the expense of emotional expression, intuitive feelings, physical perception and flexibility.
Now the relief:
Integral bodywork combines conscious awareness of emotional patterns with targeted touch and movement to release stuck tensions and blockages. This holistic approach offers help for self-help, as it does not treat symptoms but transforms the underlying causes of stress and emotional imbalances on a psychological and physical level.
How exactly does that work?
In Pantarei bodywork, we speak of a "session". I like this term because it is also commonly used among musicians. By a "session" I mean an encounter, an exchange, an open, caring, exploratory communication. We start with a conversation so that I can get to know you and your challenges. This results in a shared understanding and a sense of your uniqueness and your potential, so that you can develop your own solutions. The goal is self-exploration, which results in confidence, security and the realisation of your potential. For full, physical integration, we work in a second part with movement, touch and massage, or with therapy instruments for which no previous knowledge is required. Both are also possible, but rarely within one session.
I am currently also training to become a coach for potential development according to Gerald Hüther. I am in constant dialogue with a network of somatic specialists in the interests of further development and in order to be able to react optimally to individual situations.
